• United States: FREE flat-rate shipping on qualifying multi-bottle packages (like our Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal). Standard shipping rates apply to single-bottle orders.
• International (CA, UK, AU, NZ): Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your exact location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

Order Processing & Transit Times

All orders are processed and dispatched from our US-based fulfillment centers within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

• US Delivery: Typically 3 to 7 business days.
• International Delivery: Typically 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.

Return Policy

Your order is protected by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you wish to return your order, you must contact us within 90 days of your purchase date.

To start a return:

1. Email support@alsearsmd.com or call +1 (866) 895-8555 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package your bottles securely (even if empty).
3. Ship them back to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe/Credit Card) within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
